Sponsorship Policy

The audience is highly selected and influencers on tools, methodologies, and professional training in companies from the most different market niches, both public and private. The disclosure of a brand at an IIBA® event positions the company as a pioneer in the international trends of Business Analysis.

Sponsorship Quotas

Note: The purchase of additional quotas requires the purchase of the basic package and depends on availability. Quotas will be made available to sponsors who make the payment first. There is no booking option.

Description of Benefits

Basic Package

Distribution of promotional material in the event folder
All sponsoring companies will have the right to distribute promotional material of their own brand in the event folder (notebook, pens, folders, and gifts of their choice). Third-party products that are not associated with the sponsor's brand will not be accepted.

Recognition in the website, newsletters, and promotional emails
The sponsoring company will have the right to display its logo* on the main page of the event and on the specific page for all sponsors and partners with a brief description of the company and its services (up to 250 characters) and a link to the company's website. The organization of BA Brazil will publicize the event via email marketing by mailing to the community of IIBA-BR (about 5.000 emails) and other partner companies. The sponsors' logos will be listed in this marketing email and in the RAN (Revista da Análise de Negócios do IIBA Brasil) published monthly to community members.

Personal email and social post to the IIBA-BR mailing and social network
The IIBA-BR will send a message to its mailing list with promotional content prepared by the sponsoring company and publish a post for its community on LinkedIn and Instagram also prepared by the sponsor.

Disclosure of the logo on social networks
Periodically, the organization will promote the event and the sponsoring companies, through the disclosure of a link to their website, on social networks such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Logo on event banners and printed material
The sponsoring company's logo* will be exposed on banners developed by the organization of the event that will be placed in the main auditorium and other pre-determined locations. The sponsoring company will have its logo also presented in the event folder and in all the material prepared by BA Brazil.

* We undertake to strictly follow the standards established by each sponsor for the use of their logo.

Giveaways during the event
The sponsoring company will have the right to draw giveaways in the main auditorium. The organization of the event will be responsible for carrying out the raffles.

Additional In-person

Registration for the conference
2 spots to attend the conference on Monday and Tuesday. The sponsor must provide the list of names benefiting from the gratuity, whether from his company as a member of the staff at his business table or a guest (customer, for example). The sale of these tickets is strictly prohibited.

Business table in the lounge
The afternoon dinner will be held in the FIAP co-working space. The sponsoring company will have the right to sit at a table with 4 chairs next to its banner to promote its products and services during networking.

Distribution of a questionnaire to collect mailings at the reception
Regular sponsors will not have direct access to the mailing conference. However, it will be allowed to include a sponsor questionnaire (limited to A4 size) in the participant's folder for the composition of their mailing list that can be delivered to their business desk, generating an opportunity for interaction. It is suggested that filling in the form be linked to the distribution of gifts that will be announced to everyone to encourage participation.

Exclusive lounge banner
An exclusive sponsor banner in size 90 x 120 cm (landscape format) will be displayed on a banner holder throughout the conference in the main event space, where the main lectures, snacks, and networking are held. This banner will be placed next to the sponsor's business message during networking moments to identify the sponsor. The art of this banner must be provided by the sponsor up to 10 days before the event and the organization is responsible for printing.

Additional Presentation

Presentation
The sponsor will have the right to nominate a speaker and theme that will be included in the event's agenda. They can choose the conventional format of 45 minutes or the lightning talk of 20 minutes. It is important that the presentation does not have a direct sales character, but that it is a presentation of concepts, techniques, or case studies that generates value for the public and subtly presents the value of the products or services offered by the sponsor. The content of the lecture must be submitted at least 1 month in advance to be included in the event program available on the website.

Speaker registration on the day of the presentation
The sponsor's speaker is entitled to attend the conference for the entire day of his/her presentation. This vacancy is exclusive to the day scheduled for the presentation and does not extend to all days of the conference. The sponsor must provide the name of the speaker at least 1 week in advance

Additional Premium

Highlight in the application of the logo
The logo of the sponsoring company will have highlighted in size and will be positioned in a privileged place in all material developed to publicize or promote the event together with the IIBA-BR and FIAP logos.

Promotional video at the opening and closing
The premium sponsor will be entitled to have an institutional video of a maximum of 3 minutes shown at the opening and closing of the conference. This video must be provided by the sponsor to the organization up to 1 day before the start of the event.

Mailing of the attendees
The premium sponsor will receive the name and email address of all attendees that agreed to share their information with the event sponsors (in compliance with the Brazilian General Law of Data Protection).
